This is a two-story house, built in 2004. 5 BR, 3.5 Ba., 3164 S.F., asking price is $242,000. The neighborhood is not as "ritzy" as the more expensive houses, but it is nice, and is an easy 10-15 minute drive from us.
The master bedroom suite has already been outfitted for an older person, with grab bars at the toilet and bath tub. This is a quaint and very cute home, not "cookie-cutter". Beautiful back yard and deck ... deck furniture can go with the house. The house backs up to a green belt that can't be built on.
Half-bath is across the hall from the Master Bedroom. The dining room could be made into an open-style office. Four bedrooms are upstairs, with both upstairs full baths in hallways, serving all bedrooms. One of the upstairs bedrooms is very large. Two bedrooms and 1 bath could be sealed as a suite.
No city taxes (not yet incorporated), but has county fire dept, police, etc. $75/quarter for trash pickup.
We rated this house 4 stars. (Linda's comment: Very good price with practically nothing needing to be done to it [other than carpeting] to "make it work".)
